Baltimore, MD (Monday, March 31, 2008)
— The following are excerpts from The Baltimore Examiner's article "There's a new chef in your kitchen" by Jessica Novak in which she interviews Chef Valerie Harding, Let's Dish!'s new Director of Food Development:
"Governors and senators have relished Chef Valerie Harding's creations during VIP luncheons and receptions.
But the Culinary Institute of America graduate now has tougher clients to satisfy. As a newly appointed director of food development, Harding will compose menus and [test] recipes for Let's Dish!..."
-
Why take the position at Let's Dish!?
"I wanted to feel like I was making a difference in people's life -- people like myself who are moms."
-
What are you adding to Let's Dish! menus?
"Creative dishes that are healthy and kid-friendly. By kid-friendly, I mean meals that aren't so outrageous a child won't eat them. Items that you can put in front of kids and they'll be willing to try and enjoy them."
